Carly Bove, Esq.

Carly Bove is a graduate of Rutgers Law School. She then went on to obtain her Taxation and Estate Planning Certification through Temple University’s LLM Program. 

Ms. Bove began her legal career as a judicial law clerk at the Ocean County Superior Court. She then litigated family law and custodial disputes across the state of New Jersey. Thereafter, she moved to Tampa, Florida where she represented nursing home residents and their families in the fight against institutional abuse. This involved scouring corporate financial documents and state licensure applications to shed light on corporate fraud and negligence.    

Her favorite elements of her prior practice areas included creating—not destroying—family harmony, aging with dignity and grace, preventing abuse of vulnerable adults, and protecting assets. Estate planning ties all of her favorite elements together. She counsels New Jersey and Florida clients to make thoughtful and informed decisions regarding their children, health, assets, and legacy. 

Ms. Bove is originally from Ocean County, and in her spare time she enjoys boating, skiing, and running with her German shorthaired pointer.
