Our Process
GETTING STARTED
Our easy 3-step process is designed to have your documents created and executed in 6-8 weeks

Step 1
Attend your Peace of Mind Planning Session. You will fill out a secure online initial profile before we meet so we can make the best use of our time together. At this session, you’ll learn all about your options and our flat prices. When you are ready to move forward, we will provide you with an engagement letter and invoice.

step 2
Next is your Design Meeting. Together, we will design your will or trust and other estate planning documents, working off the information you provided in your initial profile. After this session, we will draft your documents and send a copy for your review about 2 weeks later. You provide feedback on changes or updates. Once everything is good to go, we will coordinate an in-person Signing Ceremony.
step 3
Your Signing Ceremony is where you will sign your documents staying true to legal formalities in front of two witnesses and a notary. We can do this at our office in Manasquan or your home. Following the execution of your documents, we encourage an open door policy to keep us up-to-date with major life changes that might impact your estate plan.
